All prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We are not liable for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The product is out of stock
- There is an error in the product description or price
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Payment cannot be verified
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance processes
- Courier or postal service delays
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at mistelle.se@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us at mistelle.se@gmail.com before returning any item
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. We are not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

- Change of mind after a reasonable period
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions
